Teething Biscuit Crochet Pattern

Mothers are always giving their teething children cool washcloths to chew on and babies love it. Here’s a great pattern for baby teething biscuits to keep your teething child happy and soothed.

Just rinse with cold water (refrigerating/Freezing is optional), and give to your little one!

Materials:

Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn

G 4.25mm Crochet Hook

Yarn Needle

Stitches:

CH: Chain- Yarn over pull through one loop.
SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.
DC: Double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.
HDC: Half double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through three stitches.

Instructions:

Make 2

Chain 10

Round 1: In 3rd chain from the hook make 3 Hdc. Hdc until 1 chain remains. Make 6 Hdc in the last chain. Working around the other side of the chain, Hdc 6. Make 3 Hdc in the last chain. Join using the Invisible Join Method to the first Hdc made.

Round 2: Chain 2. Make 2Dc in the next 3 stitches. Dc 6. Make 2 Dc in the next 6 stitches. Dc 6. Make 2 Dc in the last three stitches. Join using the Invisible Join Method to the first Dc made.

Slip stitch around joining the two ovals together.

Finished off. Weave in Ends
