Worsted Weight Yarn

  • Red (24 oz)
  • Black (3 oz)

Circumference = Approx 40 – 45 Inches

Abbreviations:

Hdc- Half Double Crochet

Dc – Double Crochet

Fp – Front Post

FPDc – Front Post Double Crochet

SS – Slip Stitch

 

Special Stitches:

Cluster – *Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over through two stitches.* Repeat from * to * until there are 3 loops on the hook. Yarn over and pull through all 3 loops.

 

Notes:

  • Starting chains do not count as the first stitch. So, don’t forget work in the same stitch as Join.
  • Drop stitches will be worked in one round previous.

Round 2: Chain 1. 2Hdc in each stitch around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made.

Round 3: Chain 1. *2Hdc. Hdc in the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made.

Round 4: Chain 1. *2Hdc. Hdc in the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made.

Chain 24. Join with a SS to form a ring.

Drawstring: Yellow
