So this past week I created the Ring Around the Rosie and The Pocket Full of Posies Vest. A lot of people have requested the sleeve addition to these patterns so they can make a circular sweater! So, here they are as follows!

Ring around the Rosie Sleeves:

Join with a Slip Stitch at any point shown in the image.

Round 1: Chain 1. *Sc. chain 3* Work from * to * around placing each Sc shown in image. (16 Chain 3 spaces)

Round 2: Chain 1. 2Hdc in each chain 3 space around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (32 Hdc)

Round 3: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 3 stitches remain. Dc. skip the last stitch. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (16 Dc + 15 chain 1 spaces.)

Round 4: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitch remain. Hdc2tog the last 2 stitches. (30Hdc)

Round 5: Chain 1. *Sc. Chain 3. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made. (10 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 6 – 12: SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 13: Chain 1. *Hdc in the next stitch. 2 Hdc in the next chain 3 space.* repeat from * to * around making only 1 Hdc in the final chain 3 space. (29 Hdc)

Round 14: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* repeat from * to * around. Skiping the last 2 stitches. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (14 Dc + 14 Chain 1 spaces)

Round 15: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitches remain. Hdc2tog ove the last 2 stitches. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (27 Hdc)

Round 16: Chain 1. *Sc. Chain 3. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made. (9 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 17 – 23: SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3.* Repeat from * to * around. (9 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 24: Chain 1. *Hdc in the next stitch. 2Hdc in the next chain 3 space.* Repeat fom * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (27 Hdc)

Round 25: Chain 1 Hdc in each stitch around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (27 Hdc)

Round 26: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* repeat from * to * around. Skiping the last 2 stitches. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (13 Dc + 13 Chain 1 spaces)

Round 27: Chain 1. Hdc in each stitch around. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (26 Hdc)

For Children with longer arms you can repeat exta rows in the mesh rounds. 🙂

Pocket Full of Posies Sleeves:

Join with a SS to any indicated point shown in image.

Round 1: Chain 1. *Sc. chain 3* Work from * to * around placing each Sc shown in image. (17 Chain 3 spaces)

Round 2: Chain 1. *Hdc. 2Hdc in each chain 3 space around.* Repeat from * to * around placing only 1 Hdc in the final chain 3 space. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (50 Hdc)

Round 3: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 3 stitches remain. Dc in the next stitch. Skip the last stitch. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (25 Dc + 24 chain 1 spaces.)

Round 4: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitch remain. Hdc2tog the last 2 stitches. (48 Hdc)

Round 5: Chain 1. *Sc. Chain 3. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made. (16 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 6 – 12: SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 13: Chain 1. *Hdc. 2Hdc in each chain 3 space around.* Repeat from * to * around placing only 1 Hdc in the final chain 3 space. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (47 Hdc)

Round 14: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 2 stitches remain. Skip the last 2 stitches. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (23 Dc + 23 Chain 1 spaces.

Round 15: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitch remain. Hdc2tog the last 2 stitches. (45 Hdc)

Round 16: Chain 1. *Sc. Chain 3. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made. (15 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 17 – 23: SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 24: Chain 1. *Hdc. 2Hdc in each chain 3 space around.* Repeat from * to * around placing only 1 Hdc in the final chain 3 space. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (44 Hdc)

Round 25: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 3 stitches remain. Dc in the next stitch. Skip the last stitch. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (22 Dc + 21 chain 1 spaces.)

Round 26: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitch remain. Hdc2tog the last 2 stitches. (42 Hdc)

Round 27: Chain 1. *Sc. Chain 3. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made. (14 Chain 3 spaces.)

Round 28 – 34: SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 35: Chain 1. *Hdc. 2Hdc in each chain 3 space around.* Repeat from * to * around placing only 1 Hdc in the final chain 3 space. Join with a SS to the first Hdc made. (41 Hdc)

Round 36: Chain 2. *Dc. Chain 1. Skip the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 2 stitches remain. Skip the last 2 stitches. Join with a SS to the first Dc made. (20 Dc + 20 Chain 1 spaces.

Round 37: Chain 1. Hdc around until 2 stitch remain. Hdc2tog the last 2 stitches. (39 Hdc)

Finish off.
