Stitches:

CH: Chain- Yarn over pull through one loop.

SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.

DC: Double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.

SC: Single crochet- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops.

HDC: Half double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through three stitches.

Instructions:

Make magic ring

Round 1: 9Hdc into magic ring. Join with a SS to the top of the first Hdc made. (9)

Round 2: Chain 1. 3Hdc in each stitch around. (27)

Round 3: Chain 1. 3 Hdc in each stitch around. (81)

Round 4: Chain 4. Dc in same stitch. (Counts as first V). Skip the next 2 stitches. *[Dc. Chain 1. Dc] in the next stitch. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the third chain.

Round 5 – 17: SS into the next chain 1 space. Chain 4. Dc in same stitch. [Dc. Chain 1. Dc] in each chain 1 space around. Join with a SS to the third chain.

Switch to G 4.25mm Crochet Hook

Row 18: Chain 1. Sc around. (DONT JOIN) Chain 11.

Row 19: Sc into the second chain from hook and in each stitch around.

Row 20 – 21: Chain 1. Sc in each stitch across.

Row 22: Chain 1. Sc in each stitch across until 7 stitches remain. Chain 4. Skip the next 4 stitches. Sc in the last 3 stitches.

Row 23 – 25: Chain 1. Sc in each stitch across.

Finish off. Weave in ends. Attach button.
